I have installed JFFNMS on Gentoo with Apache 2, MySQL and PHP 5. Everything seems to be glued together and working fine. I have problem discovering the physical interfaces of my network element (i.e. router), even though it can detect the TCP/IP port (i.e. 22, 443) and can even show the graphs. There is no firewall between the hosts and I have double checked the SNMP R/O,R/W string.
I would appreciate the help.

Are you still having this problem?
Do a snmpwalk of the entire host to verify the snmpd is configured correctly.
