#50 Support WSAD/J9 JVM

This plugin works great in WSAD 5.1 which uses the J9 JVM,
with the exception that you cannot use the Schema
Visualization tool. This appears to use some classes that
are specific to Java 1.4. It would be nice if the
dependencies on those classes could be removed so that this
plugin could work on 1.3-level JVM's.

FWIW, the J9 JVM used with WSAD 5.1 was a big reason for
the huge performance gains in that release.

Otherwise, a great plugin.
