The idea would be to create a directory structure like... projectname prj.el src/main/java/jdee/Sample.java src/test/java/jdee/SampleTest.java target It could ask your for things like the location of projectname, the JDK to use, and set up appropriate values in prj.el. That way, you could start coding pretty quickly while still making use of the project system. Unlike Eclipse or Netbeans, JDEE would still support the system of just editing a Java file without creating a project. Just a thought. Like all of these things, the day job is an issue. Phil |
