Bugs item #776477, was opened at 2003-07-23 12:29 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by starksm You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376685&aid=776477&group_id=22866 Category: JBossServer Group: v3.2 >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 3 Submitted By: Stefan Kuehnel (skuehnel) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: log level too high: BeanLockSupport+QueuedPessimisticEJBLock Initial Comment: In org.jboss.ejb.plugins.lock.BeanLockSupport:deadlockDetection() a deadlock is logged with error level. This seems rather excessive, given that the transaction is retried 5 times in TxInterceptorCMT. I'd say warning level would be more appropriate. org.jboss.ejb.plugins.lock.QueuedPessimisticEJBLock logs rolled back transactions also at error level. Since the corresponding exeptions are logged again at error level in the LogInterceptor, I'd argue for downgrading the logging level to warning here as well. I'll attach the corresponding patches for the above two changes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Scott M Stark (starksm) Date: 2003-09-17 16:41 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=175228 I would agree and have dropped this to a debug level msg for 3.2.2RC4. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376685&aid=776477&group_id=22866 |
