Hi again, Noone has ever seen this? This is currently a showstopper for us. Any kind of feedback would be appreciated. =20 --=20 Mattias Bergander MSc Consat Engineering Phone: +46 31 340 00 30 =20 =20 ________________________________ From: Mattias Bergander=20 Sent: Thursday, December 14, 2006 2:47 PM To: 'jam...@li...' Subject: Jvm process sometimes hangs and does not respond to ctrl-c Hi, =20 jamvm (1.4.4) works great for us except that it hangs about 1 out of 10 startups. When this happens CTRL-C can't be used to terminate the process and QUIT does not work to get a thread dump on those occasions. CPU load is next to nothing when this happens. =20 Platform: PPC MPC5200 Linux eldk 2.1, gcc 2.95.4 Also tried to compile with disable-int-thread disable-int-direct, no difference Classpath version: 0.92 =20 Attached are logs when it works fine and when it hangs with verbose jni and strace information. Both are zipfiles containing one text-file each, but with an extra suffix to get around the zip-file filter on the sf-mailing lists. =20 Does anyone have any ideas what could be the cause of this, or more things for us to try? =20 /mattias & jon =20 --=20 Mattias Bergander MSc Consat Engineering Phone: +46 31 340 00 30 =20 |
