Hello all,
The web site that provided some help to those using ixp4xx-based systems is being shutdown. The content will eventually be reworked and placed on http://developer.intel.com. The time frame for this has not
been determined but the activity on http://ixp4xx-osdg.sf.net will end. This is a summary of the timeline for the "End of Life" activities.
On or about August 24, I will replace the main web page to a notice indicating the web content is moving. This will remain up for at least 30 days. After that the project will move towards an inactive state existing as a project page only.
During this time the File Release System(FRS) and CVS will remain active.
In the next few days I will
* Halt the mailing list and archive
* All archives will be placed in the FRS
The web content is archived and placed in the FRS
There are several site that provide detailed information on IXP4XX-based products that are wildly sucessful and will continue. I invite you to engage with the teams that run these sites. They are also much more active.
