ixp4xx-osdg.sf.net to be EOL'd

Hello all,

The web site that provided some help to those using ixp4xx-based systems is being shutdown. The content will eventually be reworked and placed on http://developer.intel.com. The time frame for this has not
been determined but the activity on http://ixp4xx-osdg.sf.net will end. This is a summary of the timeline for the "End of Life" activities.

On or about August 24, I will replace the main web page to a notice indicating the web content is moving. This will remain up for at least 30 days. After that the project will move towards an inactive state existing as a project page only.... read more

NFS Mount root filesystem HOWTO

v1.4 support added

Just posted the support for the ixp400 v1.4 release. The v1.4 release contains significant improvements and bug fixes to the ixp425_eth driver. Port inactive issues, the load delay, promiscuous message, performance... See the Intel release notes for official info.

IXP400 v1.3 and SnapGear 3.0

Updated the intergration HOWTO to match the SnapGear 3.0 release. Updated the install patche to remove the fluff notices.
