Hi,
I'm facing currently a problem when trying to create a new CI in Itop or even when any action needs to query the DB apparently.
Th only thing a see is the spinning wheel and nothing else. Looking a the logs of the web/db server there is no action that seems to be performed.
I'm using the lasted version of itop with a lamp server.
Is there any additional log I could have a look at except the apache and mysql logs ?
