At server side :
Iperf -s -i1 -u
At clinet side :
Iperf -c x.x.x.x -i1 -w128k -t1 -b80M

Transmit UDP packets at the client side.
At the server side , No packets arrive , only afer
close then run again the Iperf at the server , we can see the packets arrive and printed.
if stopping transmit at client then re-Transmit
again the sever side stucks again.
