[Iometer-user] How to choose run time and ramp up time?

Hi,

I just have a question about how to choose proper run time and ramp up time 
when using IOMeter to do IO performance testing? Will the length of time 
affect the actualt result?

Typically I choose 10 seconds for Ramp up and 60 seconds for run time, but I 
don't know what I should consider when testing on different platforms?
