It looks like you are trying to build IOmeter for Linux on ARM. It's trying to use a cross compiler located at /opt/crosstool/arm-unknown- linux-gnu/gcc-3.3.1-glibc-2.3.2/bin/arm-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc, but that doesn't exist on your system. If you are trying to build for ARM (and using a cross-compiler), then you need to make sure the cross-compiler is installed and that the makefile and environment variables are correct.
