[Indlinux-group] Vedic accents in Devanaagari Unicode

A couple of years back, I remember hearing about a proposal
being submitted to include Vedic accents into Devanaagari Unicode.

Any idea about its status ?

Someone wants to digitize veda text and
has been exploring Tex/Barha.
