[Ilohamail-announce] IlohaMail 0.8.12 Released

IlohaMail 0.8.12 has been released. This version fixes a crippling bug
that stripped, instead of filtered, input on systems with PHP's
magic_quotes_gpc turned off. A bug where messages were not sent to BCC
recipients when using PHP's mail() function (instead of the built-in
SMTP library) has also been fixed. This release also includes updates to
a few translations, as well as other minor bug fixes.

This version is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED if:
-You have PHP's magic_quotes_gpc disabled
-You are using PHP's mail() function (i.e. have not specified
$SMTP_SERVER)
