[Ilohamail-users] included images are not displayed

Thanks Ryo for the BCC fix!

Now I've another problem:
When I get a multipart or a HTML mail where the images are included by
the mail itself the images aren't displayed (See example image included
by this mail)

I hope this can be fixed, I get this kind of messages very often.
