Thanks for the report. THe fix has been checked into CVS. The main reason PHP's strtotime wasn't used was because, IIRC, the function returns time relative to the server's time zone. It's possible to adjust to the user's timezone from there, but when I wrote it, it seemed like it'd be easier if I did the whole thing.
