A bit confusing with the conacts selector is that for the unexperienced user (and I always have my not so computer-literate users in mind) it's hard to see that what you see is only a selector list and not the list of To-Adresses. Maybe the contacts could get another color, or be shifted to the right hand side or something other. In addition in my opinion it's unfortunate that the Subject-Line in the compose window is on the very top. This is in contrast to every email program I know, where the first thing to fill in is the To: (and if applicable above it even the From:). Then most email-programs have the CC and BCC Lines (I think Outlook does not, but this is not a argument ...) and after this the Subject line. This behaviour resembles as well the writing of a letter. Dirk |
