[Ilohamail-testers] rfc: web-safe colors

It was pointed out to me that the new IlohaMail color scheme isn't web-safe,
and looks horrible on systems that support only 256 colors.  I'm inclined to
say that most people should have at least thousands of colors, but I was
wondering what pepole's thoughts on this were.
