Oops.  In my previous post test cases, my C# declaration of the 
interface IB in IB.cs was extending
IA instead of IA2.  So, there is no bug in mcs, but still the problem 
with the ikvmc
generated code (so please ignore my comment about mcs accepting a class 
C with
no IA2.methodA2() implementation & also about why the mcs generated IL code
references IA & IB but not IA2).
