#47 Implement volume bindings

Hi there,

First off, I'm loving this program. A brilliant open alternative to SamBC. I was looking in the python code for the midi bindings to see how easy it would be to implement volume controls for channels (for use with a midi controller), and I noticed you already had an m_vol binding ready for it, but lacking the code to make it functional. Seeing as you seem to be hooking these bindings to GUI controls, rather than internals, I was hoping you might implement these if it's not too much trouble. If not, I don't mind digging through the code to see if I can implement them myself, but I thought I'd ask first. It'd be useful if you could do the volume binding for the VOIP as well, as I think we're going to be looking to attach that to a control desk as well.
