It will still be, at a minimum:

#ifdef U_ICU_NAMESPACE
U_NAMESPACE_BEGIN
#endif

class UnicodeString;

#ifdef U_ICU_NAMESPACE
U_NAMESPACE_END
#endif

if you want your code to work with older versions of ICU too. But thanks all
of you for sending all the macros I need my way before I read all the
headers. I appreciate it.
