Although these zones seems not so important (because they are historic zones, not used currently), I can not see any strong reason to exclude them from ICU. I think what we should do is - import Olson tz data first, then if there are zones which are only in CLDR, capture them in ICU, then ICU timezone is a super set of both Olson and CLDR. -Yoshito Umaoka |
