Focus problem on Ubuntu Gutsy

Hello!

I'm using icewm-1.2.30-1ubuntu1 on Ubuntu Gutsy. I've set the focus to
follow the mouse:
#  Focus windows by clicking
ClickToFocus=0 # 0/1

but it doesn't work, I have to click the window to get the focus
(changing focus with the keyboard works). I start icewm from gdm. What
could be the problem? Actually the StrongPointerFocus option doesn't
work either.
