Asign Mouse2 to lower Window

Hey friends,

Is there a possibility to asign the Middle Mouse button, when clicking
the Titlebar, to lower the Window, like in CDE, Metacity or other
WindowManagers? Maybe I will lose the "Rollup"-Feature but i won't care.
I couldn't find anything in the preferences file?

I'm using IceWM 1.2.0 on SuSE Linux 8.1
