RunCommand programs

I am using a very old version of grun (0.9.2) as my RunCommand, and 
while it works, it doesn't appear to be maintained any more.

What is everyone else using for their RunCommand program?

Is there something better, more recent, or should future versions of 
Icewm include a RunCommand program as part of the package?
