Other people would prefer that the camera is not left on all the time (it uses power). Yet others want iAlertU to keep the last (say) 10 seconds of video. There are a lot of things we ___can___ do, but what is practical? Already the act of taking a screenshot, a photo, and emailing it takes time (thanks to the images). If we try to email the video as well, it will take much longer, maybe too long to get sent before the thief shuts the machine down (one way or another).
Video sounds like a great feature, but I'm just not sure that it's practical.
