#336 isight issue

ialertu successfully captures the isight image along with screenshot image if selected in options. However it displays "no captured image available" in the program window for isight image, it will however show the screenshot image, The isight image can only be viewed if opened through finder.

More frustratingly the program now emails only the screenshot image and not the captured isight one.

i hope this can be easily rectified as i love this program.

Hi,

Have you recently made any changes to your system, like upgrade to Lion? Has the new behaviour occured after updating iAlertU?

Can you send (via direct email) me a matched set of screenshot and isight image for an image that doesn't display so that I can take a look?

Have you changed the path to which the images are saved?

If you haven't already, can you try deleting this history of images, and then retrying?

Your words imply that it used to work, so if it isn't now, what has changed? If you've updated iAlertU, could you try an older release to see it it works again?

Any info you can provide might help.
