#1000 [HHQ-1599] Would like a means to filter all "unfixed" alerts

 Would like some means to filter all "unfixed" alerts. Perhaps this could be just another option in the priority pull down or a checkbox. That way you could fix any and all unfixed incidents. Currently the max is 30 in the recent alerts portlet. 30 is fine as long as you can filter them as "unfixed' alerts
