#913 Ignore form submit enctype like real browser

While using WebTest, I'm testing a page written with a form tag having the following format...
<FORM action="xxxURLxxx" enctype="text/html" id="docForm" method="POST" name="edit_document">

"Real" web browsers ignore the enctype and submit the form correctly. I feel that HtmlUnit should be smart enough for this.
