Hello,
I have html document with statements of conditional compilation, it works in IE and it is ignored in FF:
<html>
<head>
<script language="JavaScript">
/@cc_on @/
/@if (true) alert("Alert");
@end @/
</script>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
when I try to get this html-page using following code
(HtmlUnit_2.8)
public void test() throws FailingHttpStatusCodeException, MalformedURLException, IOException { WebClient client = new WebClient(BrowserVersion.INTERNET_EXPLORER_6); HtmlPage page = client.getPage("http://localhost:8080/test.html"); }
I get the exception
Exception class=[net.sourceforge.htmlunit.corejs.javascript.EvaluatorException]
com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit.ScriptException: syntax error (script in http://localhost:8080/test.html from (3, 39) to (7, 18)#6)

Thank you for your attention.
Now fixed in SVN. Thanks for the tiny example.
