[htdig-dev] Work on ftp-handling by htdig now in progress

Hi all.
I have now started work on FTP-handling in htdig.
It's still VERY experimental, and I have not tested the code yet.
It does compile, though, without any warnings on my RedHat 6.0 Linux in=

pentium 3 box
