Yes, it does, but its purpose has changed. If I'm not mistaken, it is now relegated to the "utilities drawer" and should only be used for merging databases. htpurge, on the other hand, has picked up the task of cleaning the databases. Make sure you review and customize the rundig script (as needed) if you are using it. Others on the list can provide you with more information. Please correct me if I'm wrong...
