[htdig] Phrase searching

Hi,
I want to know if Phrase searching has been finally implemented in 3.2.0b4
version. I keep reading conflicting information, some forums say it is done,
whereas others say it's not working even in the .0b4 version. 
Please let me know the status of this functionality, I have already promised
'Phrase searching' to my client!
