Do you mean the Microham USB microKEYER II with audio, CAT, FSK, PTT,
etc. through one USB cable? If so, you need additional software, similar
to Microham's device router for Windows. The USB serial port that shows
up on the computer is not the CAT port, but a port that uses Microham's
protocol to multiplex several signals into one stream.

There's not much documentation yet, but if you're interested in trying
it out, I'll give you the information you need to get started. I've used
it with a digiKEYER and a TS-2000.
