Downloaded, & unzipped no problems. When I get the chance, I'll check out a few of the radios I have here with that. Rigctl runs as advertised (but not tested with real hardware yet) and the PDF's are good too. I've even listed all the known rigs, imported that into Excel, and sorted it by Make, Model and Status. Much easier to find that elusive magic number now! :-) It's encoraging enough, to make me think about reloading the Debian machine (that I *seriously* messed up meddling with HamLib) and trying to join in again. It'd be even better, if I could figure out a way to build it natively on Windows (not needing Cygwin) perhaps using "Code::Blocks" for example. I'm too used to GUI/IDE tools now (Borland Delphi, and Microchip PIC tools in particular) to go back to command line compilers and editors. Cheers Nate. 73 Dave G0WBX (At the moment, using Win2k!) |
