I have been looking at the LM feature, and noticed something which doesn't seem right. The dx and dy settings work as one would expect -- when executed the XYs signals are moved by that vector from wherever they currently are. The dz does this properly one time. Then on subsequent times it immediately jumps back to the place it started from last time... Seems a very dangerous feature. I imagine the following scenario:
This results in immediately poking the tip into the sample because of the "memory" of where it had moved from before, then it does the desired LM.
Hope this might be a quick fix :)
