First, I need to apologize to several of the translators who sent in translations during the seemingly endless 1.59.x phase of Weasel development. Weasel development slowed to a crawl during that time, mostly due to ongoing serious health issues. Some of these translations sort of fell into the void of inaction on my part. So, for that I apologize. In the future I'll try to be much more timely with any submissions.
That said, for the forthcoming 1.61 release all of the translations are currently out of date. The Spanish translation only needs minor changes since it is from the 1.50 release. The others, however, will need a lot of changes. Fortunately, most of the changes from 1.59.x -> 1.6x were removals. Some forms and help text were removed because they were no longer used and the overall amount of text that needs to be translated is less.
So, if you have a translation and want to update it, please respond. However, aside from the Spanish translation, I think that a lot of the translators have moved on. If you would like to take over one of them, please let me know!

Are you sure this is the new file and not the original?
It still has a section for VFS Preferences (which no longer exists) as well as several items in the Preferences dialog which have been removed. Also, there is no translation for the Key Preferences dialog which is new in 1.61.
Maybe you accidentally uploaded the wrong file?
