CASE 1:  turn on the Host and then insert the USB-hub

At the beginning, the HOST and the USB-hub are all turned off.

I turn on the HOST and observe its start process by an serial terminal.
It works normally and the the prompt appears.

Now I turn on the USB-hub and insert it to the Host. The following 
messages appear to the serial terminal.

I also observe the USB-hub with an USB monitor.
When the above messages appear,
the USB monitor shows that the USB-hub  is "suspended".
I disconnect the USB-hub, the USB monitor shows that the USB-hub is 
"disconnected".
I insert the USB-hub again, the USB monitor shows that the USB-hub is 
"suspended."
In other words, the USB-hub is suspended shortly after it is inserted to 
the HOST.
The situation will not change no matter how many time I disconnect and 
insert the USB-hub.

CASE 2: Insert the USB-hub to the HOST and then turn them on

I also try to insert the USB-hub to the HOST first. And then I turn on 
the HOST, of course the USB-hub is turned on automatically at the same time.

In this case, I can use the USB-hub. But it does not work stably.
I connect a usb device. The USB can be recongized, and I can read and 
write the USB.
But sometimes, an error occurs, giving the following message

After the error, I can not access the USB any more. Even I disconnect
the USB-hub from the Summit board,
no message is output.

SUMMARY:
In both cases, when the above messages appear, I can not use the USB-hub.
The key point for me is When it suspends, how to use it

Can you give me some advises?
