My current setup is the Tide with the Palo43, which comes with a USB OTG port. I have been looking over the schematics but have been unable to find out the answer to the following: Can I power my Overo, including the display, off the VBUS of the USB OTG? In the USB OTG spec, that line is rated for 5V at 500mA and can be used to power a device (overo com) if it is attached to a USB host (my board). Would this work with the Palo43 board? If not, is it possible to make a custom board that plugs directly into the overo (don't have access to overo schematics)? -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Overo-and-OTG-USB-tp32719474p32719474.html Sent from the Gumstix mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
