When I erased NAND I must have truly clobbered something, because it is not booting from an SD card I thought was good. In a minicom window, this is what I see: @ A second SD card has a 512 Mb FAT partition and an empty EXT3 /dev/sdb2 partition for rootfs. That card was the one I was using to update x-load, u-boot and uimage. It had a boot.scr script to do these updates, and the board did boot from the fat partition and execute that script. That is what clobbered me. Now, when I power on the board, the GPIO21 LED on the Summit board (which is between the HDMI and USB host connectors) turns orange. It might have happened as a result of the script I used. On the good side, I was just able to compile kermit version 9 on my Fedora 14 box, so maybe I can succeed with re-flashing the NAND.
