I am using a gumstix overo water with the Chestnut and the 4.3 samsung display. When I run one of the latest palmtop images (http://www.sakoman.com/feeds/omap3/glibc/images/overo/201006171053/omap3-palmtop-image-overo-201006171053.tar.bz2) from my SD card everything works perfectly. But, when I try to run the same image using NFS and tftpd I get the following error: "Error opening /dev/fb0: No such file or directory" and nothing is displayed on the screen. Everything else works as far as I can tell, the kernel boots fine (just no display). I followed the instructions posted at http://www.gumstix.net/wiki/index.php?title=Category:How_to_-_Network_Boot. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/LCD-problem-only-during-NFS-boot-%28-dev-fb0-error%29-tp28951813p28951813.html Sent from the Gumstix mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
