Hello, I have asked for help on this for a couple of days ago, but got no response, so I am posting it again hoping to get some attention. Although I am very experienced embedded system developer, this is the first time I try gumstix. I fully expected the system I purchased should be working out of box, but I have encountered this problem before I can even start my project. Since the gumstix website indicates that this is where I can get technical support, I am hoping that someone work for gumstix can see the message and help me out. I have purchased Overo Water with a Palo43 and the plug and play LG4.3" display. When I try to boot up, the kernel cannot start with the LCD screen attached. Without the LCD screen, the board can successfully boot and the kernel starts ok. From what printed out on console, it appears that the board is resetting itself over and over when the LCD screen attached. And yes, I have done the "setenv defaultdisplay lcd43" and "saveenv" as instructed by the gumstix website. I have captured the console messages below. Any suggestions?
