Thanks Victhor Fast and simple answer, i will look/buy the usb cable and will test this, do you know if the default linux have x org + gtk installed or its only a console based linux Thanks Okay :) You need a mini-B to male A USB cable, and kermit installed on your computer(not the COM). Plug the cable into a mini-B USB plug named "CONSOLE", and then plug the other end into your computer. Kermit should be available on most distributions' repositories. It's available on Ubuntu. Start kermit by typing "sudo kermit -l /dev/ttyUSB0"(without the quotes). ttyUSB0 may not be the device you're looking for if you have another USB-serial dongle or something like that attached to the USB port. After that, you can do the procedure I told you to do. BTW, this is available on http://www.gumstix.net :-> > Hi Victhor > > First im newbie at Air Com right now, i have a solid skill at linux but i realy dont know how get boot process when you see "Press any key to stop autoboot" ... i need to connect some usb cable from Air COM to my computer ? > > Can you tell me the process on how get some communication from my PC to AirCom > > Like i said im a newbie so dont be too rude > > Thanks > > > Do this: > Interrupt boot process when you see "Press any key to stop autoboot" or > something like that on the terminal; > Type "setenv defaultdisplay lcd43" without the quotes and press Enter; > Type "saveenv" without the quotes and press Enter; > Press the reset button or use the "reset" command. > After a while you should see the Overo splash screen. > > Hi > > > > > > > > i recive my order and everything look ok, i just have a question when > > i connect everything (Air Com + Chestneut43 + lg 4.3 LCD + 5.0 volt ) > > i only get a white screen.
