Hi,

You may have missed this, published about a year ago on www.gumstix.net:

    PCN2009-3: Change of pin 46 on Overo J4 connector
    Notice Date: January 2009
    Effective Date: January 2009

    As of version 2106 of the Overo Earth, pin 46 on connector J4 has
    been changed to be 4030GP2_N_MMC3_CD.

Prior to that version, there had been an error that labeled the pin as 
GPIO49 when in fact it had been GPIO149.
