I think you need to try /home/rsumman/overo-oe/tmp/cross/armv7a/bin. I was wrong about the staging directory, I think. Sorry about that. I could answer these questions for you better if I had my oe build environment set up. I had to reformat and am getting it back in place as we speak. -----Original Message----- From: titusgroan [mailto:rah...@ee...] Sent: Wednesday, October 14, 2009 9:29 AM To: gum...@li... Subject: Re: [Gumstix-users] Libdc1394 installation on Overo Hi Tom The output directory still contains no files. I think perhaps when adding the path of the build tools to the PATH variable I am not adding the correct folder. Currently I am adding the following path: /home/rsumman/overo-oe/tmp/staging/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi to the PATH variable and this directory contains the following sub-directories: etc lib sbin shlibs usr Have I done the wrong thing at this stage? You mention that the files contained in the correct directory should have prefixed to their names "arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi": I did a search for this file prefix in the staging directory resulting in the following output: rsumman@rsumman-desktop:~/overo-oe/tmp/staging$ find /home/rsumman/overo-oe/tmp/staging -name 'arm-angstrom-linux-gnueab*' /home/rsumman/overo-oe/tmp/staging/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/c++/arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi /home/rsumman/overo-oe/tmp/staging/i686-linux/usr/bin/arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-libtool When I actually looked in these folders only one or two files had the specified prefix. Which directory should I be adding to the PATH?
