I have a gtk/gstreamer application running on my dev system. It uses the v4l2src source. I am now trying to cross-compile and link it for my target. I was getting the following error: undefined reference to `gst_x_overlay_set_xwindow_id' I found a http://marc.info/?l=gstreamer-devel&m=113252412809852&w=1 mailing list entry that said I needed to add gstreamer-interfaces to my gcc `pkg-config...` command and it worked. The problem is now I am trying to include that in my autotools configure.ac file for bitbake and it doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea why bitbake fails to find this package? Below is some info and attached is the bitbake, configure.ac & Makefile.am. Here are the results of the dev system pkg-config: $ pkg-config --libs --cflags gstreamer-interfaces-0.10 -pthread -I/opt/gtk/include/glib-2.0 -I/opt/gtk/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/gstreamer-0.10 -I/usr/include/libxml2 -pthread -L/opt/gtk/lib -lgstinterfaces-0.10 -lgstreamer-0.10 -lgobject-2.0 -lgmodule-2.0 -lgthread-2.0 -lrt -lxml2 -lglib-2.0 Here is the error I get from bitbake: | checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes | checking for PACKAGE... configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-2.0 gstreamer-interfaces-0.10 gstreamer-0.10) were not met: | | No package 'gstreamer-interfaces-0.10' found | | Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you | installed software in a non-standard prefix. | | Alternatively, you may set the environment variables PACKAGE_CFLAGS | and PACKAGE_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. | See the pkg-config man page for more details. | | FATAL: oe_runconf failed http://www.nabble.com/file/p25527980/vidplayr_1.0.0.bb vidplayr_1.0.0.bb http://www.nabble.com/file/p25527980/configure.ac configure.ac http://www.nabble.com/file/p25527980/Makefile.am Makefile.am -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/gtk-gstreamer-xoverlay-bitbake-tp25527980p25527980.html Sent from the Gumstix mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
