Hi I reconfigured a new kernel image and uimage (openembedded) and im trying to flash the gumstix verdex with the new images. The flash is successful, but when i type in bootm (or when i reboot), the system hangs at 'Starting Kernel' Basically I get this : Hit any key to stop autoboot: 0 GUM> loady ## Ready for binary (ymodem) download to 0xA2000000 at 115200 bps... Im rebuilding the kernel on an ubuntu system. By reconfiguring I mean I have added a few drivers from menuconfig into the kernel. When i flash it with the basic kernel image, and uimage, there is no problem, the system boots and works fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
