Hi everybody! I'm in a trouble: I cannot use SD card with my gumstix. I have gumstix-oe with a SD card reader. The trouble is that I can just read data and I cannot write: in /etc/mtab I get: /dev/mmcblk0p1 /media/card vfat ro,fmask=0022,dmask=0022,codepage=cp437,iocharset=iso8859-1 0 0 /dev/mmcblk0p2 /media/mmcblk0p2 ext2 ro,sync 0 0 ro stands for read-only, I think. During the boot I get: mmcblk0: mmc0:b368 SMI 1948672KiB (ro) mmcblk0: p1 p2 and then: FAT: invalid media value (0x00) VFS: Can't find a valid FAT filesystem on dev mmcblk0. root: mount: special device /dev/mmcblk0p1 does not exist What can I try to do? The card is correctly in write-enable status (with SD-card it's possible to set hardware read-only status, but this is not that case). Best regards, Giuliano |
