Thanks, that appears to have worked for me. It looks like I'm going to need to add other packages in order to be able to make the Gumstix a member server in our Active Directory domain: the OpenLDAP development libraries and the MIT or Heimdal Kerberos development libraries, as mentioned here: http://us4.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/compiling.html#id 450708 I don't know if this also means that the binaries included in the samba ipkg were not compiled with Kerberos support and therefore I'd have to recompile Samba from source. Would it be possible to have those libraries added to the autobuilder (is that ipkg?) as well? |
