In my build (1431) I was able to get SSP support by modifying
arch/arm/mach-pxa/Kconfig (in the Linux kernel source directory), then
rebuilding the kernel. Towards the top of the file, I have:

config ARCH_GUMSTIX

        bool "Gumstix Platform"

        depends on ARCH_PXA

        select PXA_SSP

I did this about 6 months ago and can't recall if there was anything
else I needed to do, but I think this is it.

I am trying to enable the nssp/ssp port available on the console-lcd
breakout board in order to interface with the knockoff Nokia 6100 LCD
screen.
following the instruction on this wiki page

I am unable to find the gumstix configuration in Kconfig. The wiki has a
note to add the new location however it hasn't been added.
Does anyone know where it is. Or have any instructions for communicating
with the screen for the current buildroot? Any advice or help is
appreciated.=20
