[Gumstix-users] Flash gumstix verdex XL6P

Hi,
I bought gumstix verdex XL6P and want to flash it's U-Boot. but I can't find
any images at the internet.
I checked http://sourceforge.net/projects/gumstix but there is only u-boot
for u-boot.bin.r1161-200MHz<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gumstix/u-boot.bin.r1161-200MHz?modtime=1162813440&big_mirror=0>and
u-boot.bin.r1161-400MHz<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gumstix/u-boot.bin.r1161-400MHz?modtime=1162813449&big_mirror=0>
Please help me
